About Us: Sierra Sagebrush Flyers

Sierra Sagebrush Flyers, Inc.

is a club of friendly, model-airplane-flying, enthusiasts. We are located in Gardnerville, Nevada, about 16 miles east of South Lake Tahoe and 17 miles south of Carson City.

Club meetings are at 7:00 PM on the first Thursday of the month in the cold season: December through April at Dan St John's residential shop at 1766 Bitterbrush Court, Gardnerville

We then move the meetings to the  SSBF's Flying Field on the first Saturday, May through October. 

The Douglas County Model Airplane Field on PineNut Road#2 in southeast Gardnerville (next to the Douglas Disposal transfer station). Click for map.
